Mulligan

Mulligan is a one-year-old Scottish Fold rescue from Kuwait. Quite possibly the chillest cat ever, he spends his time napping, hovering by the window-mounted birdfeeder, or calmly allowing himself to be draped around the necks of his human siblings.
